Digital Library of the Americas

Currently ARENET is developing a Digital Library to increase access to scholarly works and studies on the Indigenous societies of the Americas, "both past and present" including articles, archeology reports, indigenous language materials. The library will provide easy online access to unique materials that are often unavailable at any library or institution of higher learning. As part of our commitment to connect scholars and support their investigations and studies, the Digital Library will help to facilitate these connections by enhancing the availability of publications. Helping to bridge the requirements of publishing in different countries and finding skilled translators to convert the work to Spanish or English will alleviate the onus that is placed on individual scholars to have their own work translated.
